Criminal defence lawyers weigh in on the provisions in Bill C-45, the government’s bill to legalize marijuana, that deals with the home cultivation of cannabis plants.
Participating in the study are criminal defence lawyers Solomon Friedman (Edelson & Friedman LLP’s), Sean Robichaud (Robichaud’s Barristers & Solicitors), and John Conroy; as well as Neil Boyd, criminology professor at Simon Fraser University.
