Authorities can ask you to prove your medical cannabis exemption.

Always make notes on the time of day, names / badge numbers of who you talk to, what was said and where. Always stay clam and be polite.

Legal medical cannabis consumers can vaporize or smoke their legal cannabis medication where ever tobacco smoking is legally allowed in most cases.

Alberta Human Rights Act does include an obligation to accommodate individuals who have disability-related needs (legal consumers of medicinal cannabis). Failure to accommodate individuals who have disability-related needs could lead to a discrimination compliant to Alberta Human Rights Commission.
